Documents, and their honest state

This page exists so that nobody has to guess. None of the documents below are in force, because none of them have been written by a lawyer yet, and we are not going to publish generated text and call it a contract.

Until these are signed off, this service operates under whatever is agreed directly with each invited creator, in writing, by email. That is a deliberately small number of people for exactly this reason.

Terms of service

What we undertake to do, what we do not, how custody of your models works, what happens on closure, and the limits of our role in a dispute. The substance is already the way the system behaves — see how it works and what we never do — and the document will follow it, not the other way round.

Privacy notice

What we collect (little), what we cannot collect even if asked (your buyers' identities), which processors are actually involved, where data is held, and for how long. It will name real suppliers rather than categories.

Designated agent for copyright notices

A named person and address for notices and counter-notices, registered where registration is required. A service that files notices on other people's behalf and cannot receive one itself would be an embarrassment.

How we behave about notices

Every notice we send is reviewed and approved by a person, is built from structured evidence rather than drafted prose, and is never sent on a model whose origin we cannot assert. A counter-notice ends our agency role and is handed to you with everything we hold.
